Without a doubt, Lorne and the Jenkins team are by far the best realty team we have had the priviledge to partner with. Being first time home buyers, we literally spent months meeting different references via friends and family members, but none of them really took the time to listen, nor tried to connect with us and to put themselves in our shoes. Lorne, I have been meaning to put my thoughts into words about our home buying experience with you and I have finally managed some time to do that.
My wife and I have now lived in our new Ajax home for a few months and I’m happy to say that we are fully satisfied with the decision we took, when we picked our home. It would have been impossible to make that decision, as first-time buyers, without your guidance every step of the way. I remember the days and months we spent shortlisting, visiting and putting our offers only to find out that it was sold way over what we were offering. It was frustrating and we had numerous instances when we contemplated just renting for another year.
